Hello, on my game the event is triggered but the creatures that spawn are “normal” humans astronauts (i use too some MES mods)
Please can you help me to have others creatures spawns (zombies, ghosts,...) ?

The NPCs in this mod use the SPID faction. If you create your world based on an empty world, then this faction will not exist. Accordingly, these NPCs will not be able to spawn.

I was just curious if this mod should work on planets pasted in an empty solar system.

Also does it work on modded planets? I've been unable to get the Zombies to Spawn on the Chimera planet.

Hitbox of the deads seems to not be aligned with their model (i need to shot on their left in order to actually hit them)

One zombie eats nearly 10 autocannon magazines. Are they supposed to be so tanky?

@AMETHYST Try getting the MiniMap mod and zooming out to 1500m to see if/where they spawned. They will fight others (e.g. wolves) if you have spawn Wolves/Spiders enabled, so it might be that wolves just killed them.

Finally, if none of the above help, others have mentioned mod functionality can be limited by not having enough RAM (as the game probably prioritizes key functions over spawning mod behaviours).

Interesting idea, but had to remove it again because them spawning just ripped through several thousand shots of my gatling turrets, and they didn't even manage to kill all of them because of hitbo issues or something.

Otherwise yeah, nice idea.

I put this on an existing save with a base and vehicles on the Planet Agaris and waited half an hour and havent seen anything spawn, this is also the case for all of the other AI Enabled addons except Crew enabled. Pls Help

MES still spawn the zombie and ghost because the models are still part of AIEnabled (similar to wolves and spiders)

I disabled this mod but they keep spawning? I even tried adding their subtype to the spawn blacklist in the MES creatures config but they persist. (This mod is awesome BTW but my underpowered server PC doesn't like AI NPCs, they really kill my sim speed.)

I'm at a loss here and I can't restart my server because players have gotten established. Any help would be appreciated.

By night is it on the suns rotation or if your in a dark part of a planet at the time?

And if its the dark part does that include caves you dug out or mines? do i need to light up my mines and put a lights on my minecart drone?

Approximately how long would I have to wait to know that this is mod is not working for me? I just waited one full night cycle (1 hr) without any spawns. Also there is some ambiguity with "only spawns on planets". Would that include moons, too?

Am I doing something wrong? People are saying that these are easy to beat, but it's taking a full magazine to take down one, and they're coming in waves of 10 or 12.

I'm really impressed by their pathfinding, using jetpacks, and ability to scare the shit out of me by popping up in my face before attacking.

So how does the victims spawn like do they randomlly spawn at night or in fog near our area (we just started our game) or do they start after a certatin criteria is met?

Well... Yeah they are kinda easy to beat but I'm just starting a new game (again) and with damaged spawn ship I'm just stranded while I get enough stone to make the ship able to fly to a location and I've used all the starting ammo of the gun... So using the grinder to get them is more time consuming xD

These are cool, but i find them really easy to beat. it would be cool if there was more of a horde of them or they were like 5x stronger

Hey Lucas/Meridius, big props on this mod, it's really cool having something other than woves or spiders as NPC!
For anyone wondering why they don't have anything in their inventories, you need to click the person icon to access the inventory!

Ah, Clang. My favorite deity of destruction. The one responsible for the losses of many engineers and grids over the course of the game's lifetime, and the one responsible for Source-Engine-like physics happening in a non-Source game.

This mod is pretty neat. I was playing in a solo game and was disappointed to see that the victims didn't drop loot of any sort. You'd think they would as they were engineers too.

@Incanatus - Not so much where, but there is a 'when' factor. The encounters will only appear at night, or during low visibility weather

Are there any spawning parameters when it comes to where specific entities spawn? For example, do ghosts spawn closer to lakes and lush areas compared to zombies spawning in a desert or mountainous region. If not then that's fine, it would be a great idea though.

We've had this mod and Robot Raiders installed for 2 days now and have yet to see any NPCs, is there something I have to do to enable it? We're also running Reavers and a couple other NPC ship mods.

it's so fun, but turrets are not shoot zombies...modded turrets, and vanilla interier turrets not shooting zombies. Is it normal?

@FaolonPlays Zombies Replace Wolves might be conflicting: "Installing this mod will disable spiders and wolves. If you want those to spawn, you will need to use the Planet Creature Spawner alongside MES." That's a quote from the AIEnabled mod page.

Worked right out of the box. I was messing around repairing a ship and the zombies scared the crap out of me. Things are hard to kill too. I like it. Thanks a ton.
