32 total passengers for the Mk.4 and with improved aesthetics, 40 total is for the Mk.3. I’ve given both the total number of passengers alongside the indoor and outdoor numbers in the description. The reason that I’ve given indoor and outdoor numbers is that you likely don’t want to use the outdoor seats in heavy seas or bad weather.

So, 40 passengers total? Or 32 passengers, 8 of which sit outside? Neat line of boats, BTW. I just think you should put a total amount of passengers instead of indoor/outdoor.
