The jiggle is already set in "Set Body Groups" thing when you right click.

Both jarate jars have bodygroups to switch from jiggleboned jarate to jarate. (What do you mean by this?)

IVE had a probloem for ages on sfm of just an error and I cant fix Ive tried all ways download microsoft thingy and re download sfm and dont the error is unable to load ifm.dll

You should be able to just place the files in gmod and it should just work like normal.
If that doesnt work try the one on gamebanana for tf2.
