I don't have Source Filmmaker & don't know how to port things from it
I just said it was fan made
No, it's the hla model with fan made textures to make it look like an elite strider
Here's how to use it:
1. Open it by opening the gmpu.jar file. If you want to upload a new mod, you select the Mode "Create"
2. Choose file or folder with the mod files you want to upload in it
3. Choose/make an icon, the image must be 512x512
4. Add a title & select one type & up to two tags
5. Finally, click Add to Queue , then press execute
Wait until the Log tells you it's done, it can take a few minutes, & you should have your mod uploaded & set as private
You can't upload files with sound.cashes for some reason, & you can't put PNGs or JPEGs in the files either, otherwise it will tell you there was an error when uploading
That's basically it, if you have any questions you can ask
Those Gamebanana mods are for hl2, hl2 & gmod both use Source, so just downloading the files & putting them in your gmod addon folder will work, that's all
Oh my bad, I misread your comment
I explained it on the regular hla replacement, but yes, they will still go through the floor when crouching; but will go back up immediately, plus most animations were fixed
Try this one or the regular version for yourself, it is way less buggy

Mind to elaborate?
