Can you update this for where it works with the Realism mode in the game as well please

is there a way you can select only a few kinds of special infected to appear like having only boomers and spitters appear in the games ?

Hey, I just wanted to know if it's a possibility to maybe play this while having cheats on? Like, I want to do survival in Death toll with this Mutation (The SI were bullying me, Plus too many tanks.) and I noticed I couldn't find a way. Either I didn't go that deep yet to find it, Or there is no way. I've found that you can play with mutations while having Cheats on so I wondered how I could with this.
I'm only asking you if I can somehow do that. Wanted to re-create D-Day, Blah blah blah, All that stuff.

TL;DR

Can I somehow play this mutation with cheats?/ can I know the mutation name so I can place it into the console.

@flowerchutejak This mod adds mutations, but doesn't change the regular campaign mode. The problem might be that you're playing campaign and not one of the mutations that this mod adds. If it doesn't work then, I don't know what else to say.

The survival part of this works great with CoDZ maps like nacht
