Hi, is it possible to intigrade a Buttom (keybining) that teleport the followers to the player?
I have oft the problem that i go in a dunguen (mostly Winecellar) and some of my followers stuck outside..

It will be very helpfull if the player (singelplay and online) can force teleportig his follower to his location.

the mod still does save a lot of thralls, just some thralls dont just go under the floor where this mod can rescue them, but into the bugged out void. do not expect this mod to fix age of heroes bugs completely. like im just bullshitting here but the mod saves like 60% of the thralls that the new update tries to eat.

so much better than nothing at least

even with this mod, thralls are still ending up in the void. its still saved a lot of idiot wandering crafting thralls but many still end up in the void rather than just the under floor. age of heroes has completely broken the game.

what we really need is a mod that makes the follower rescue timer instant and to not delete gear. as long as funcom refuses to fix their pathfinding.

The mod is great but it never works properly. The NPCs still regularly fall through the map and disappear, you only have to turn around once and they're gone. So sad and ridiculous for Funcom that we need mods like this.

I have no idea if this will work consistently, but I just recovered 7 Thralls lost under the map using the following steps. I was in Singleplayer, Admin and Creative mode for this, not sure if that matters:

1. Open Followers menu tab.
2. Right-click the lost follower and select "Rescue" (bear with me here!)
3. When asked if you're sure you want to rescue the thrall, click CANCEL. Don't actually rescue them!
4. Repeat for each individual lost Thrall.

When I did this, the thralls reappeared very close to where I had last set them on Guard. They had all their equipment and everything was normal.

I may have just been very lucky, but this worked 7 times in a row. Tested 5/9/2024.

Follow up: yeah the automated part doesn't seem to work. Upon reloading my games, my ground thralls all fell through the world again.

Kinda need some of them to actually need to be standing on dirt, not foundations.

Tried this today and managed to pull up most of my thralls with the command. Only one went missing. I'll try the rescue command on him later to recover him. No idea if the automated part works yet.

Tried the mod after losing a T4 Taskmaster under the floor, didnt do anything and upon relogging, lost the guy altogether.

Ive had a huge issue with my Thralls falling below the map lately. Came across this mod but decided to try something and so far its working without mod.

Make sure you dont leave your thralls on land or beaches and just put something under them like a foundation. Seems to be working so far for me.

If it stops working I'll be back.

Not sure why but after upgrading my pc this issue no longer exists. Maybe it's related to some specific hardware? had the old i7 4790k and now i7 13700k the performance is the same but the micro stuttering is gone.

Although the flying Deers are still here.

Mod doesn't seem to proactively pull thralls from underneath game map but using the console command definitely does! Once I found the command on this page, and put it into console, I saw my thralls pop up immediately!

@Sanki, I noticed during a SP session mid-April that some wildlife had magically turned into reindeer (e.g. running away up into the air). So I think vanilla still has at least some issues related to this, but so far, i've only observed it with wildlife 2 times (but not with a thrall), both times before i started adding mods.... one time after shooting a gazelle. don't remember what the other was.

I am not sure this is working. I've got a thrall that appears to be near where I'm standing ingame (according to follower icon on map) but DataCmd PTSPull doesn't seem to do anything.

Is this mod still necessary ? Noticed a few updates in the News, they cared about EGS and Microsoft Store, but I didn't see anything about fixing this issue...?

@The Bard of Hearts, the problem is not that they die, but that they fall through and do not appear on the surface. We have to use the ghost mode. The mod does not work, at least for me in a single game.

works on my end for me and my wife both. Only thing is, you also want "Better Thralls" and set the Thrall Fall Damage to 0.

I think the program is otherwise doing what its suppose to, with one small exception. When a thrall falls through the surface, it is effectively "falling" from a height. The game continues to calculate how far that distance is by adding it into a variable, then using that to calculate fall damage. Unfortunately, if a thrall has been falling for a few minutes and then suddenly hits a surface (without the fall variable being zeroed out first) then the basically just committed suicide by jumping off the Eiffel Tower. :megamanshoot:

Not sure if its bugging out because of other mods, but it killed off two thralls and didn't bring anyone back to the surface. Just and FYI

I'm sorry to say that I think that your mod killed three of my best thralls... They were guarding some place at Siptah and they usually sink to the ground. It was boring to rescue them using admin powers so, I've installed the mod. After that, they died. No purge, no random mob crashing at my place. i've no clue. The logs just say they died. Dif you have some similar reports?

Did you test by leave the map-cell, and checking the Follower status tab? Can you see them on the map, at all?

I installed the mod, and like you said in your description "If you want to pull thralls on surface manually (those who were underground before mod was installed, for example), there is a console command" DataCmd PTSPull I typed it in and one NPC was brought back, But every other guard I have was gone and I mean around one hundred or more, 75 just in one of my castle builds which is the size of a city. I uninstalled the Mod and went back to a previous save and got them all back. I think you need to test it again.

My follower that gets stuck in Scout after death, is not due to this mod. It happened for the first time, before I installed it, so it must be due to other mods.
I was just confirming that thrall in Scout mode, didn't move to my position, when running command. But for some odd reason all my other thralls and pets in guarding mode was moved. But not instantly. I ran the command to no effect, stayed in the same "map-cell", enabled admin, went down to fetch my stranded thrall, went back to surface, and left the map-cell, and headed back to base. Then I noticed the base was empty. Checked the Follower tab, all still in Guardian, and then saw on the map they was at the same exact location I ran the command. They was in Guarding mode, prior to mod installed, but didn't replace them before I ran the command, in another map-cell.

DataCmd pulls only thralls in guarding mode. If thrall in scout mode, DataCmd will skip it.
It's strange that your thralls disappeared after death - this should not happen. Anyway, mod automoves thralls only if it has saved position. if position was not set, then it will not move them.

I just had to test, so I died :p Yes, the DataCmd doesn't work when Thrall are in Scout mode, true.
I did the command, to no effect. So I went in admin to find my Thrall deep under ground, at -23644.580078. Then went happy back to the camp, just to find it empty... After I installed the mod, I forgot to replace all my other Thralls and Pets. On the map, they was all together where I run the command earlier. So teleported and found them. Then had to bring them back, one by one :p
Is this a one time occurrence, since I forgot to place them in Guard mode, after installing the mod?

Usually, thralls should return to last guarded position after scouting. You need to check follwers tab for their status. If they are still scouting - you need to wait, until they go in guarding state. And if they in guarding state, but you can't find them where map shows they are - then DataCmd should help.

Had this "sinking thrall" issues in the past, and it pains me every time to rescue them (and loose all equipment)
One thing; will the DataCmd command work in situations where I die, and my thrall will be left behind scouting? This happen to me in the past, in the WineCeller. When I returned, the thrall was no place to be seen. Got it back by rescue the thrall. (Didn't think of going admin, and ghost to look for the thrall)

1. try to locate and check if all of your thralls are in place - go to followers section in menu and turn on marks on your thralls, so they are visible on map
2. (this step is relevant only if you can get admin rights) - if there are some missing and PTSPull doesn't do anything - turn on ghost and dive under map at thrall marker position. Continue diving until you find your missing thrall (it can be veeery deep). While you at thrall position press Shift+Alt+L - this hotkey will show yout current coordinates - copy last number and post here, so I can see how deep thralls can fell and make changes into my mod.
3. Siptah problem - I don't have Siptah, so I can't test it right now. But I can suggest you to move to flat surface with many free space (no trees or rocks) and try to call PTSPull there.
