Does we still gain Steam achievements while using this mod?

I like this mod, it really makes the game more difficult. But what exactly does this mod do? What exactly are Epic and Legendary modifiers? When I start a new game with this mod and lvl 1 character, my resistances are 0%. Shouldn't they be -40%?

I think that 5 seconds being put to 20 is a mistake. The issue with potions is that there is hardly any time between cooldowns to have a reasonable chance for monsters to fight you without the heal being up or cooldowns being used to mitigate damage/health. A better fix would be to put the potion cooldown to 10 instead of 20. The extra 10 seconds just makes the game way way slower and just causes the player to run instead of managing cooldowns in tandom with the potion. 20 is way too long and makes the difficulty too articial in my opinion.

The game difficulty is highly depended on your level and items. Boosted experience will make the game less challenging because of overleveling.

Summon and character stats are not changed in the current version. It's like in vanilla. I only made enemies stronger.

Do your summons get their Epic and Legendary buffs so they can keep up or no?
