did u guys not read the mod description? it says that constuction timers, avatar project, cover operation timers, training timers etc are commander but the rest is legend
it's actually so fk-ed trying to search for this mod with just its name. Google refuses to give the correct result, same goes for the search function of the workshop itself no matter what you do, without surfing for literally every page. Only thing that can correctly find it is bing search

How about the cost of items? are they also like: 600$ for tier 3 Armour?

Having to pay legend costs for items kinda sucks, especially modded as a lot of the troopers arent going to be troopers. Really makes things like predator armour inaccessible

I would really like the opposite of this mod. I find strategic layer too quick on commander difficulty but tactics too difficult on legend.

Okay more thoughts. Since leveling and the economy is legend I think this makes the game actually somewhat harder than legend. With commanders force increase, I am now facing much harder enemies than I would normally face in Legend in this point in the game. Something has to give, either force level needs to be reverted to legend, or xp gain needs to be changed to commander.

So I finally got around to testing this. The economy is still legendary cost wise. PG research seems to also be longer. Mechanized Warfare is taking 15 days same as legendary.
Covert op timers seem to be even longer than legendary. (The final leg of the hunt the chosen mission is taking 16 days. Everything else seems to be legendary length) While everything builds faster, the fact that everything costs the same as legendary means I'm way more broke.

@Gibbons I'm not sure. The safest best would be to start a new campaign. However, the mod is just INI file edits so it might work on an existing campaign. If you do want to try it, make sure to backup your save file first.

Nice, I will definitely try this. I never really finish my legend campaigns just because progression is soooo slow. Did you change the force level progression accordingly?

I'm not well versed in what all changes between difficulty levels. Is the general idea here that it's legendary on the tactical layer and commander on the strategic layer?
