I tested the chip and couldn't find any errors, but it could be that the zoom is too high or the parameters are not set correctly.

Try connecting a 9x5 as well as the 1x1 to see what the layers should be like.

If you can't see anything on the 9x5 either, please add me and I'll fix it on the spot for you.
