Just checked something, and the spear also floats in the air if it lands on a moving platform and the platform moves away

Idk if anyone has mentioned this yet, but if you neutral b your spear into the cryonis wall it will stay floating in the air when the wall is destroyed. Amazing character btw, very fun and feels more like botw link than the official smash moveset does imo! I love the different rune bombs, it's a super creative way of implementing the runes because they wouldn't really fit in a fighting game if they just worked the way they did in botw!

I did eventually figure out the side special cancel & it made it a lot less of a problem. There's always a move I keep forgetting I have with any character & side special had been that move for Link even though it's blatantly useful for recovery & is likely what I'd wanna use out of up special anyway.

you can also cancel it with like, djump and airdodge and fspecial

or go to the wall and spam walljump to climb

I don't know what "h" means but if I could edit my previous comment, I'd change "unbearable" to "unbearable sometimes" since in hindsight, that probably sounded like I was implying it ruined the character instead of just making a great character a lot less great.

Is there any kind of proper cancel for his up special? I've only been able to cancel it by using other moves, which usually means I may as well just take the enemies weapon & kill myself to save them the trouble. I love this character otherwise but that one aspect is unbearable.

This is good but when you block wrastors side special with your side tilt theres a glitch where wrastors air stream will stay in the air but only be halfway across the screen

all flair no balance at all man wtf. ftilt armors kills and launches bomb. all disjoints are too big. ripped from smash without knowledge of rivals for sure. many things should have crouch cancel like stasis bomb launches which never should spike. kills like this is ultimate which it shouldnt. neat port but bad implementation imo. fun in the sense sandbert is but not in a fun ill take this online and not feel like an ass when i win type.

- deny someone all but a sliver of space in hopes to cross wall forward smash them

- switch it to any other bombs or any other bombs into it after throwing the bomb

- serve as a backboard to catch the weapons you are no doubt going to use as arrows

- serve as a shield because you get infinite of the things so why not
