I haven't launched the loyalty patch yet. But I definitely will edit my monuments soon.

Hi, are you aware that monuments have become in demand, to increase loyalty, look at the original monuments, they give loyalty and its radius of action. Just add this entry to the file, and your mod will give loyalty too !!!
$ MONUMENT_GOVERNMENT_LOYALTY_RADIUS ... (set your numbers)
$ MONUMENT_GOVERNMENT_LOYALTY_STRENGTH ... (set your numbers)
