Hello, beautiful Shogun 2 community!

A few years ago, I went through a difficult time due to the death of my then-partner, evil people taking advantage of that to ask for money in my name, and severe depression due to being alone and having autism. Today, I've been able to recover from all that and I'm getting married this weekend. I've moved to China and found happiness here. So, I want to thank the community for all the support they've given me over the years since I started the project. So, with the knowledge I've gained over the years, once I return from my honeymoon, I will further improve the Shogun 2 10th Anniversary mods, as I have many new features that, due to my limited knowledge at the time, I couldn't add in the past. I hope to release a better version for everyone by mid-April.

When I did this last part I was going through a hard time in my life, my girlfriend died of covid I discovered that someone was using my moment of mourning to plagiarize my identity and ask for donations in my name that person stayed, gave me anemia and was quite depressed, because I had many economic problems which still weigh on me. I was not very excited to do this last part and I no longer had any inspiration, because apart from the plagiarism accusations also affected me when I was getting excited again, at least part of the community helped to deny those accusations.

Sorry if I couldn't reach the standards of my other mods but I just didn't give more of me, I just wanted to finish it and continue.

I've been playing your mod for four weeks now. And I'm surprised that the best texture solutions and unit models and the most beautiful colorful atmosphere in the main menu were crowned with such a miserable interface, where instead of two vanilla big campaign and multiplayer buttons with pictures, you have two ugly black circles and colored buttons with hieroglyphs (the very first menu).. For example, for a long time there is also in the Tenka Fubu / Ambition mod ... both in the Sekigahara mod and in the Strategy Master the original beautiful design (despite the fact that they have vanilla textures of units), but you have the opposite. I ask you to keep creating , you are getting the perfect mod and these last little things and comments are just a desire to see only in your mod the best improvement of Shogun 2 .

Hello, just to comment, the file used to modify the position of the HUD and its size is a .luac file, and to date CA has not given us the tools to modify it. I had managed to modify it a few months ago with notepad ++ but after its last update, it also seems that they modified something in the .exe that no longer allows the modifications to .LUAC to work. I am very sorry, I have already done everything in my power but without support with any tool or CA freedom it is impossible for me.

I could make it possible, I like the HUD style that the Rome 2 has with the centered units, honestly I had not considered it but I can make an alternative version for those who want the Hud in the center, I think I have an idea how to do it.

If this set of mods could include centering the HUD for 21:9 monitors (so HUD isn't on edge corners of screen) (and possible .txt/.ini file to customize this) I would without-a-doubt pay $50 for this. You have my word

The only other problem I have with the mod is well, the textures seem to bug out on my machine. I see videos of them working fine but for some reason for me they just don't seem to load properly. The units all have terrain textures on them etc.

Unfortunately when I made the mod it was before the CA update, I do not know what they did but the 4k option no longer works, I already tried to solve it but it was impossible, they modified a file inside the .exe that I cannot touch or I would put it in legal trouble.

I have the same issue, all he's saying is that in 4K the HUD looks very small, because it doesn't adjust based on the resolution.

Please add scaling option.

Easiest solution for us to have bigger hud would be to play in 1080p while having a 2k monitor for example, but this way game's beauty is lost

As for why small not the fault of mod It's the stock game where HUD is very small on higher res lvls. See on rome 2 they added an ui scale so you could upscale it, but it does not exist on these older TW games. So hopefully the author of this mod could add an option to upscale it and make it bigger pretty please?

@Enkeli Sorry. What I meant was I subscribed to this mod and tried to play in 4k but the HUD still looked very small. I also tried the full version but had the same issue. Do you know why that would be? Thanks

The other model is a full version, you don't have to go with the mods separately. In terms of scale, I don't know what you mean, I know a little more specific, English is not my native language.

Is there a specific method to get the scaling to work? I've tried to activate this mod on it's own and with the full 'Data_Shogun_2_REMASTER.pak' but it doesn't seem to work
