1. Close Rimworld if it is open
2. Unsubscribe
3. Delete the mod folder
4. Resubscribe
or
1. Verify RimWorld game data
Try opening the settings, changing something back and forth and see if it continues to show up

Making babies not display the "downed" mood bubble as it's normal for them to be downed

1.3 should remain working as if nothing happened
However, I do find it a bit weird that the emote bubbles seem to be affected by the ambient light, unlike vanilla conversation bubbles. Thumbs up nonetheless, since it's still a good mod.
