Good news it work well for me. It works well for both L4D2 1 & 2 Story Mode.

So this one actually gives me the high pitched squealing. The others don't (like that dude saying your Tyrant one did) but I was getting squealing when using all of your RE sound mods and finally isolated it as this one being the culprit

holy crap, it does. it works on other boomer mods. :D now i finally have scarier sounding boomers for my horror toned collection.
