Honestly this concept's not bad, I think it needs a bit of reworking on the design, rather than a goofy looking dinosaur hood for Heavy, why not make it look a bit more scary? Considering this has the Halloween tag on it, it'd honestly rule to see a cool looking Kaiju-inspired cosmetic.
