Great mod! If I may suggest something, I'd recommend that you add another condition to the theocracy effect where you break betrothals or divorce the spouse.

faith = {
NOT = { has_doctrine_parameter = clergy_can_marry }
}

That will make it so they don't break up if the faith allows clergy to marry.

@Celestial Fighter, thx for the mod it works but. There is one problem, some of my theocratic vassals change back to feudal goverment. Why is that? Why wont they stay theocratic?
