Oxy.Gen Backpack uuuh, i didn't really use it, but try putting in the battery, maybe then it will do something ? Either that or it is meant to provide you with oxygen thru the tanks, not generate the oxygen.

Does the speed become 1.0 when equipping any backpack, or only with backpacks that can carry heavy items?
How about a jet scooter diver in a combat suit with an energy backpack with batteries? He simply won't be able to use his abilities just because he's wearing a backpack?
Are these thoughtful moments, or was the balance of the base game spoiled so that this mod would be more popular with people?

Key takeaway, I don't end up using the backpacks like I thought I would have. I pretty much just use the vanilla tool belt since it doesn't slow you down with 6 items like the standard backpack does now.
