I am assuming I am running the stable branch since I have not made any core changes to the Steam install. (my apologies, I initially didn't see that line about load times in your bugs description above). I'm guessing the issue is somehow with the beta-stable compatibility.
I hope it didn't come off as complaining, I was just confused because the map didn't seem any more complicated than others' that I play regularly with 100 bots (example below)

Seriously needs some optimization. (I know you said you optimized it) Took an incredible amount of time to load in-game (I thought the game had locked up) and once loaded I was pulling about 15 FPS on a computer that normally does way better on much more detailed, larger maps
one of the best urban map I've seen, and the bot pathfinding is almost flawless
perhaps there's something wrong about my settings here, u can wait for more feedback
i just need to set my game to the stable build then rescan pathfinding and it should be fixed
Several other maps made these days are with this problem and their creators are all beta players
plus they are crouched, and they do it when they are capturing a objective or when they receive squad order to keep still
Also there are some known bugs happening due to the physics changes:
- Bots sometimes move in a very slow and jittery way
- When exiting a vehicle, you are teleported to the spot where you entered
