@Tonzki 2 ways of fixing:
1: edit mission in 3d editor. Make a game logic entity and put setViewDistance 10000;
2: If you are hosting/admin put in console setViewDistance 10000; (Will have to be done everytime you respawn, get in vehicle, etc...

option 1 is the best :)

To clarify the map problem, when we are in separate squads we can see each individual soldier in our squad and their real time location, but the other squads are completely invisible. This doesn't make sense as we'd be reporting our positions to each other. I can't seem to find anything about this in the server settings either.

There are some parsmeters you can adjust. A few difficulty levels, helicopter, vehicle and static defense spawn chance and an option to remove night vision for enemies.

Beeing able to spot enemies and see stuff on the map the host/server difficulty has to be adjusted I think.

What is the easiest way to nerf the AI? Perhaps I am just bad, but it seems ridiculously strong to me to the point of being unfun, although I very much love all other aspects of the gameplay. The main problem I have is that AI seem to detect me/my friends presence from extreme distances, very quickly snap aiming, and very very rarely missing the target (basically one shot misses, next one is an instant headshot gib). Is there any way around this?

The other question is about the map, when my friends and I select to join different squads (so we can have our separate AI), we can't see any friendlies on the map, or spot things to each other. Again, is there a workaround to this?

I don't know about a fix for the vehicles spawning as enemy, but i can probabl work on a fix for the "save gear" function, since it was created in the time where it wasnt possible to wear CSAT uniforms as BLUFOR unit. But now theres something like a " force uniform " function.

I click on "save gear" and I when I respawn I have everything except my uniform. How do I fix this? And when using the tank spawner I can't operate the T-90 because it shows up as an enemy tank, does anyone know the fix?

Incredible map, been using it ever since aircraft were unusable (When they were spawned at the drone area) and have had well over a hundred hours of good gameplay and fun on this map with friends!

However, for some reason I struggle with getting the map into 3D editor, I use PBO opener and extract mission.sqm into the mpmission folder but when I try to import it in editor nothing happens, it just asks me to import again. Google didn't help me that much and I tried the Notepad++ method of adding in a certain sentence on every Side " " line

I don't need answer just want to know if anyone else has same problem! :steamhappy:

Kinda diffuculty to say, The dev build isnt exactly working like i want it to and I also dont have alot of time right now. Will be done probably a few days after official Tanoa release

Ok thanks, Battlezone Altis is one of my favorite mission.
Can I suggest you to add Zeus capabilities for server admin and the mission would be even better. I make this suggestion because on my dedicated server we play your mission and Zeus official missions and last night we where thinking how it could be nice to have Zeus directly on Battlezone as it's the case on some invade and annexe servers.
