Scorpion, without a new module, GM doesn't have the ability to edit audio samples (which is the only way to reliably make text-to-speech; using a shit ton of wavs is not a good idea at all).

A deeper sound

The combine voice is basically a walkie talkie edited deeper and smoother.

Hey guys I was working on a big secret update but I had to re format my computer and I lost it. I will work on it later when I get the chance.

I think [C.M.C]EXViet (Wuuthrahad) that they cant make that because 1. It would require A TON of work to make all the combine voice sounds (because you dont see Valve making them) 2. also probably because most of the time the combine dont speak in legible words its always a bunch of unknow chatter with words like "target" or "Freeman" that you can actually understand

Its nice but what we really need is a text to speech combine voice, now imagine all the downloads that would get.

Disappointed, it doesn't play on* or off* effects.
Why not just use sentences?

Can you make this a command instead of a swep? I wanna try this out but with some other guns.
