I just recently downloaded several of your Balkan civs. I love what you did with them, but I am curious why you choose these colors for Romania. Just curious. :)
Romania has never been a conquest civilization,we were mostly on the defensive, taking great profit of land abuse(scorching our lands and poisoning the wells) and night assaults to drive off enemies.
Thanks alot.

I think he's referring to the fact that Vlad Tepes is considered a National Hero in Romania, but as always, for countries still around today, a person could take leaders/units/buildings from different era's.
--
Among western history though, I would say Vlad Tepes is one of the most well known Romanian leaders, even if his reign was not long (in comparison to others), he did fight off and protect Romania from many different invaders in his time. So he probably feels he was the most appropriate leader.

I'm kinda on Ramblin Bob's boat. You are correct though, he could have been a bit more forthcoming in the reasoning behind his criticism :)
EDIT: It still functions. I set PolicyCostModifier to -103 and the unhappiness modifier to -103 as well. It still works.. I don't exactly know what 'reform and rule' does, though. Unhappiness from Number of Cities went to -0.07 (lol) and policy cost to 5 (from 25). Doesn't really make sense, though ;P
@^2l2p^3#^4Gerapppa What about constructive criticism? What is inaccurate according to you? < Never said this mod was historically accurate in any way, though..
1: The Dorobant's Icon in Strategic mode still looks like a Great War Infantry. Though even in strategic mode, it maintains its true icon if it's garrisoned within a city.
2: The Dorobant's negative promotion, the one that gives it the -25% defense, carries through promotions. Making Modern Infantries and Mechanized infantries slightly less durable than they should be, especially since the Dorobant's no gold upkeep ability doesn't carry over through promotions.
But all in all, this was one of the better civs I ever played. Keep up the good work. Last comment: The Unique Building is really fantastic. Getting culture from things like stone, and deer was awesome. Though I didn't expect to also get it from fish. :)
