I think It's not necessary to research in sandbox mode.

Do you have to do research when you play in sandbox mode? Because if so, that's stupid.

I just updated the map's blueprint. Because it was done just before the launch of the new DLC maybe this fact could be the cause of the problem. If even this way the problem remains, verify if you have all DLC needed or all research done, because it uses items of other themes as well. Try to research all the themes, because maybe it could be the cause of the problem. If you have just one item not researched, it will not be available.

I am trying to install this in my game! I have the vet research completed for Beavers, all 6 levels and the habitat is still locked. What research do I need to complete to unlock it?
