Updated to 1.4. but Now "addictive insect armor" not available on ideology.

Ah, now I get it - the precepts "taming insectoid:loved" etc are not added by this mod, but by Improved Insectoids mod :) Still, I really like this one - would be super cool to see more armors and weapons based on insectoids some day :)

@lloki it works as intended somehow, sadly i doesn't know how to add some patches for additional texts on those precepts.

I don't know what caused this, but using this mod with either insectoids expanded or improved insectoids caused my animal beds to become unusable. I think improved insectoids was the culprit but just posting this here in case anyone else has the same issue.

Dunno what causes it, and had to do a lot of strange work to figure out the culprit, but for some reason this mod makes it so that you can't use Dev tools to give items to yourself. Dunno if it's a reaction to something else, or just the system not recognizing the items, but it's a minor bug. Nothing major, but it makes Dev tools very hard to use properly. Just wanted to let you know!

So this mod just became even more awesome, with the Vanilla Ideology Expanded: Memes and Structures.

With Serketism Structure, and the Insect Memes, this has super huge potential for expand.

If you could add more insect weapons and or armor from other insects from a VFE: Insectiods, AND the Vanilla Animals Expanded: Caves, and the Insectiod Hulk, oh my .. I would donate to that!

love the idea, only suggestion i can give is maybe give the armor an authority buff when suppressing slaves, just seems fitting given how exotic the armor is

When i try to craft the megaspider armor or helmet i get this error:
"MakeThing error: Tried to make UnfinishedApparel from Corpse_Megaspider which is not a stuff. Assigning default."
Then during the smithing the unfinished item is a wooden megaspider armor and disappears when its supposed to be done

@Jimbo Slice Added positive mood buff on Precept : taming insectoid:loved, and Precept : Insectoid slaughter : abhorrent on improved insectoid mod.

also, the reason that there's still negative mood debuff when worn. the apprel hediff cannot be changed or deleted while wearing apparel, so I solved the problem by making the positive mood buff higher than negative mood debuff.

I will say, love this mod, but the debuff is a slight bummer- though is immersive, with colonies that worship the bugs as a higher evolutionary form, it would help to have no debuff or a buff. what @jimboSlice said.

Any chance that this mod could be patched to recognize the new ideology from the Improved Insectoids mod and reverse the -3 mood debuff to a +3 mood buff if the colonist wearing it believes in insectoid supremacy? Even if that's outside the scope of possibility, thanks for making the mod, the art looks great!
