1985 Adelaide has errors with grass. The runoff entering pitlane (named sand_sand I think) doesn't have a TDF entry.

I am sorry to report a possible bug. There appears to be an invisible barrier on the final bend of the circuit. I know it sounds crazy but I have managed to hit it twice over 320 laps. I have recorded me doing it as well. I reported this issue to S397 who confirmed they have seen this oddity before on 3rd party tracks and the issue will be with the track and not the rF2 code. Issue was on Silverstone 88. Here is the video of me hitting an invisible barrier. Watch closely and you will see two bumps and a curve line of the car like its an invisible barrier. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eaDuztvgweU

Minor complaint but Monaco and Detroit now show in a separate v3.13 category in the menu which annoys my OCD :lunar2019laughingpig:

1988 Spa has been giving me problems (in VR at least) in the evening (circuit time a little after 7PM) - all of a sudden, the car windows and some trackside objects suddenly opaque black. I'll try other vehicles but with a 10x timescale, this happened repeatedly around the No Name / Pouhon area - so maybe around 7:10PM circuit time?

I have a request:
Can you please patch a bug on the Adelaide track?
Right after the pit lights at the entry on the left, there is a patch of grass that's like quicksand.
If you get on there, you can't get out because you are floating.

Silverstone won't complete installation, in the release candidate. All fine in the normal install.

These tracks are a load of fun in the 1991 DTM cars too! Love the work, looks like it was all shot on kodak film.

I tried a lot of mods in Monaco... Tatuus, F1 2012 by ISI, your F1 1988... I found that AI open wheels mods work too weird on this track...it happens when AI formula car just touches the wall or barrier it suddenly jumps or flies. very weird... I recorded it and can show you video of it.
when I played on this track with slower touring cars it's much better... AI not jumping when touching the wall and overall racing looks better than with open-wheels cars. Also I can say that Monaco seems too bumpy for open-wheel formula cars. I know that real Monaco circuit is bumpy but not so much.
For Detroit only problem I found that AI in some corners when trying to overtake other cars hit the walls. It seems AI wants to cut corner and don't understand that there is a wall on its way

there is something wrong with Monaco track.. in some places AI jumps and it looks like AI is trying to take off.. it seems that there are some hidden bumps on the surface of the track and the AI can't handle them.. in any case there is something wrong with either AI or the surface of this track.
In addition AI hits the walls in some corners of Monaco, so AIW also needs to be fixed. The same problem is with Detroit. AI also hits the walls while trying to overtake other cars in certain places

These tracks are the next step from my CE version so you better have to use these ones as i didn't update CE.

I'm on the revamp of the 1988 cars now from carrera4. ;)
These cars will be released in conjunction of the 1988 layouts of this mod when done ;)

@deangelis777, CE was the first work of the carrear4 original track update.
Now we are working on an historical version divided in tracks and cars (1986)
Now, all the tracks from this version are with latest pbr tech and so much more, i really hope you see the difference.. lol

hi! I installed your mods and after that I got three trackpacks in my game's tracklist: F1 1986 Historical Tracks, F1 1986 CE 1.1 and F1 1988 CE 1.0 with the same 16 tracks. Can you explain what a difference between these three trackpacks??

@beneficialcarp, this is normal because the cars of 2021 are much longer.
So, i'm afraid that's something i can't change.
Btw this is the 86 version, maybe for 2021 it's better to use the studio 397 azure track instead? ;)

Hi, i just started to learn how to add objects ( the grandstand in the first corner have been done if you compare with the original version.)
Of course, the straight will have to change but i first had to learn some new steps.
The only thing that i will never be able to do is the modification of some turns. They will still stay as they are. Sorry ;)
But for the other objects, i have good hopes to make them correct.

(btw: the 79 version from rf1 will need far too much work to make it so i prefer to stay with this version and update it regularly ;) )

brands hatch is way off sadly. i see what you've done, but a modern Brands with all the trackside buildings is not good. none of those were there in 86, it was all grandstands on the start/finish straight. this one is the wrong one to convert. try Brands 79 from RF1.

It's a rough made so need some improvements that you can easely do yourself, but it's working. ;)

@Alonsopower, The tracks are working for all other mods but for 1991, i found some problems with talent file.
I have no clue why this is not working good with this mod but as soon as you correct the talent file, they all drive well ;)
Probably something related to both mod but don't know what.

I have a question. Does the tracks works as well for the 1991 ASR Mod cars? In Monaco for example, some ai cars have a good pace and some cars doesn't. I want to drive a offline championship against the ai, but at some tracks the ai doesn't work for me. Any help?

i have been noticing a black strip of asphalt on the jacrepagua circuit approximately just after the pit exit chicane on the right side of the track that is striped. it seems that real road might be bugged on that section of the track as its normal before any rubber laid but becomes pitchblack when rubber has been laid to the track
