I think I know what happened when you get the landing gear out of sequence the nose landing gear gets jammed open. In other words just press it once and wait.

Which one of the landing front gear doors is left open left or right?
What's your physics details set to?
Is infinite fuel / infinity electricity turned on? (A few systems are based on battery charge and slightly freak out when it's 100% all the time.)

I've gone back and tested the vehicle on my current File and on a multiplayer server and not run into any issues...Does it always do this even if you respawn the aircraft few times?

@Bane882266 Once its retracted and the door cover that would hide the forward landing gear doesn't seal over it, it seems to lock open the wrong side. It doesn't impact the performance in the gear at all.

I have no idea if these help at all but I tried!

@Un-Stealthy Ninja Define does not seal, doesn't close properly?

1. If any part of the landing gear fails to open/close extender/retract fold/unfold. Just raise and lower the landing gear again.
2. On low physics detail the landing gear was quite buggy I find tuned it to work best on medium/high physics detail.

Actually you've just stirred up some old memories for me... The first airliner I did a conversion on I wasn't allowed to put back on the workshop because I didn't check the creator beforehand... All of my vehicles seem to finish around MK 26 to MK 36 area I guess that's how many versions it takes.
