I gave this one a try, but I hated that the first building of the expansion is right in the middle of the path up to the house. I would never build a guest house in my driveway.

Enjoy your Mods very much I have been useing them for some time now I enjoy having to work and do quest for them and only add them in to my playthru at the right time to make it fair and enjoyable
I could learn the enchament for the Vorpal Sword but I was wondering if you could make a quest to retrive it and thanks again for your great mods:steamhappy:

could you add this to bethesda.net please oh and add a spell book of fly through walls that is guarded by 6 UBER BOSSES and both the WORLD EATER and THE WHITE DRAGON ON TOP OF THE MOUNTAIN... though killing all 8 enemies wouldn't effect their real version counterparts please...

could you add an artifact display section two the house itself? for all the daedric artifacts, the special weapons, things like the black books, dragon priest masks etc.?

i can do everything you did except ingame with more customization (i built walls around lakeside due to bear, wolf, bandit attacks)

This mod,while interesting has many little flaws but the main one is that I built the house and hall turned around and it wasn't there. Creative but needs more tidying up and thought. Unsubscribing.

Anyway, some modded vendors have a s**tload of money anyway so it might work out alright.

just one problem. that diamond far surpasses the amount of available gold of any vendor in the game so you cant convertit to gold

hey i still have the same problem when i buy logs to build the home but they dont go to the home i love this mod so much but i need the logs to build the rest of the home

Two different Akaviri Doom Hammers, with somewhat different stats I believe, depends on if that's a big deal to you. I just ignore one of them or "console" it out of existence :P

@emersonsand3 - No reason to, the two are unconnected, have one, have both, I run both all the time with no incompatibility :)

The quarried stone wasn't moved by this mod, and you could always use the console if necessary.

Haha thanks Dovakiin1337, unfortunately I'm not really sure why that would be and thus I don't know how to fix it :(
The mod hasn't given me any problems but I've installed it both before making a house and after having it finished, and it seems that the problems arise when people activate it in the middle of having their house partially finished. To be honest, I just use the console to grab about 10,000 iron ingots and make the house all in one go, so unfortunately I know how to prevent, but not to fix these little glitches :/

hey sgtwinkler i love this mod dearly but there is one problem i have to address and that is the sawn log glitch the log pile isnt there which makes buying new logs useless when adding on to the home because it will say you are out of said logs so if you can look into this for me i will pretty much give you a bj XD

You should be a used car salesman with the hype you laid down. lol Cool mod though, worked great for me. The vorpal srod really sucks the souls gems though. when i got it, the charges were empty, and took 3 grand soul gems to recharge lol. pretty bad ass though

I'm sorry that things didn't work out for you :( I'm still not sure what would cause the issue, but maybe there is some issue that may pop up if you add mods with the house only partially built, I've used it both before and after having the house made with no problems :/

None at all, Im not one to use mods for houses at all and figured i'd try one for one of the custom houses. I couldnt see it so i unsubbed and did the whole remove process but since i build the base of the house with the mod my game i think currpted out because i can build the rest of the house and see it its just majorly misplaced now and i cant see the middle, i can litterally walk right through it now and for what ever reason my game didnt save when i was visiting falkenreath before hand so im kinda stuck never getting to use the house now :/

@Nocturnal - Are you running any other mods that would affect Lakeview Manor?
I designed the mod for maximum compatibility, I even made the mod without Hearthfire running so there shouldn't be any chance of messing up the house itself, so I'm not sure :/

The keys are at the beginning of each section before the next door, it could've been knocked to the floor or something. If you don't find it there's nothing wrong with using the console :P

Yes this is new to to me former Xbox player. Yours was just the last installed so I assumed that was the problem but i am checking off mods to see whats causing the effectsa havent found them yet but will continue to look.

Hmm, most of those shouldn't have been affected by this mod at all... the carriage isn't affected and the Housecarl certainly shouldn't be, as the mod leaves Lakeview alone specifically to avoid any possible issues :/
I'm guessing you haven't modded before but the dock pieces come prefabricated so I didn't choose for there to be a pole there, it's just a little inconvenience. As for the blacksmith, AI packages are difficult and would take work and increase likelihood of possible glitches so I avoided that.

I dont know why but my carraige will not work but will continue to keep charging for a ride. also why not make a normal dock where you walk onto the ship not jump and walk across a wooden pole. Your blacksmith never leaves his home to do any smithing work out side. your stairs to the Alcemist block the stone quary other wise it seems nice so far

NMDovahkiin - Haha my bad on the phrasing :P You don't have to download the others, I just used some aspects of them like certain weapons or spells that you can find, it's fully standalone :)
