Here's a very basic patch that lets you hide the cursor automatically after it hasn't moved for 1/2/5 seconds. Note that automatic hiding is off by default - enable it in the settings.

If you disable mouse control you won't be able to use it to attack. What's likely happening is just that you need to restart the game after enabling the mod. Isaac can get a bit fucky when you replace certain assets

This mod isn't a virus, what people are referencing is an app called Cursor Mania, which was (is?) a trojan virus which changed your cursor into an animated flaming sword (which this mod actually references with one of its cursors)

Mods don't even have the ability to be a virus without requiring you to enable the luadebug launch parameter (which you do NOT need for this mod)

Yes this was because of the bug I mentioned, the menu was invisible unless you had another mod that added the menu, it's fixed now

this mod's menu is integrated and does not need any additional installations, just press c, f1, or click in an analogue stick, why do you need it to be in mod config menu
