Yeah seem to be getting these with my old work. I'll have to go through and update it seems. Working on it now so they should be up in a day or two.

Okay new parts got in and as promised, I updated this. But due to losing the original file, I had to copy and upload it as Orca v1.1 [EVE Online ORE Captial Ship]. Added tons of new lights, doors, and LED panels. Let me know what you guys think under the new file, and thank you for using this!

When I get a computer that is able to handle SE, I'll be able to get back into updating (And adding lights) my ships. Right now since the one I'm using can't handle the lights and size of even this ship, I would only be able to work at a maddingly slow (like 4 fps) pace.

But stay tuned as I'm hoping within th next few months of having it up and running.

It's no problem. Realized I didn't exactly give you a straight answer.

No as far as I remember I did not have any mods with this build.

I did this one without mods, because I knew most people wouldn't have the Mods I used on my other builds. So i made sure I didn't use them on this, so it would have a wider audience.

I am a player of Eve Online. I remember one time in an older corp I was towing an Orca with my Badger MK II just for the heck of it. We were going a decent speed too haha. I must say this model is awesome! I just wish I knew how to work the whole ship. Oh yeah, funny thing about Eve is when you look at the ships they seem MASSIVE, but then when you're in a station walking around and see your ship not that far it's like o_o? It's THAT small?... :\ I noticed that with my Vexor

I use a program called TriExporter. You need the EVE Online files on your computer, then direct the program to the folder inside EVE that contains the models.

After that its a matter of hunting for the models in the files. After you find the ones you are looking for you can export them as an .OBJ files, then import using SE Toolbox into an empty world. You can set the dimmensions in the Toolbox so it's not to large, then save the files.

When you load the world into SE it will be a set of blocks in the shape of the ship and you can then proceed to color and set up the inside as you like. Thats how I did all of my ships I have loaded into the workshop.

The hard part is working the ship to act like it does in EVE, while being usuable in SE. I've taken certain liberties in my iterations to fuction as close as possible while retaining the SE experience.

i was always curious what tools do you need to rip and convert the eve models??

want to grab a leviathan for my next base and with a ship that size in large blocks i dont need a doomsday weapon just fire my thrusters and everyone on the server laggs out xD

Actually have a Vespa Model I pulled out of EVE and can try to load into SE. I'll work on it and see if I can get it to work as a drone model.

With the camera update I've been thinking about drones. I'll have to see what I can do with a new file as this one is dead since I've lost the original. V2 is the one I've uploaded from this file and the one I can work on. But I'll get on that.

Okay to get something like this to work in SE, when you subscribe then start the game, go to workshop and look for this world, then select and click copy & load.

@kingkertal I was debating that as well, but figured I'd add them so people could use it as a base they can drag around to asteroids they are working on. I actually also thought of a Hanger utilizing the back two pods near the engines, and actually came up with a rotor door combo that opened on both sides and could be locked to prevent movement. I may upload that configuration next.

also I noticed it's missing a fleet hanger, which would be nice for holding mining ships.
you could possibly cut out the bottom part and put blast doors for the hanger that way it doesn't mess up the details on the top half.

Thank you. The paint was the hardest to get right as SE doesn't allow diagonal coloring. Inside was just seeing what worked right and placement.
