Does this have AI Nodes or whatever it is that NPCs need to move around and die or something?

Yes the command would be "ent_fire dont press". The TV is missing texture only until the actual countdown begins, its a placeholder texture. The temperature is not implemented yet.

Is there a command to make a instant meltdown? As in start the countdown. Also the tv has missing texture for me and i can't find the temp
