this mod seems to have a conflict with the vienna bridge and viaduct mod

yeah i'm not using both at the same time.
I'm not so good at reading the stdout.txt file so i don't know exactly what to look for.

I found out this always crash, but the old never crash so i continue to use the old mod.
I'm not sure if it crashes with another mod yet.

Metssr: according to the available information, the problem started after the march update and the author writes that he will no longer update. so I fixed this item and added another :)

Metssr: Pillars and construction is deformed because there is no wizard of information and settings
When you look at the discussion under Original "Mod" is written there that the author will not correct the bridges
That's why I allowed to fix
