also instead of making it ignore things at a certain distance you should find a way to make it ignore things below a certain mass (this would make it not hit subvehicles but it still wouldnt hit the ship because it is attached to it)

@Daedepaen is there a way to increase the maximum range of not start to to fire to a longer distance from 12 meter to a higher distance

IF, and that's a big one, IF it still works, which Daendepaen Industries does not guarantee past one gazillion updates, you can put it on a boat by removing the battery and weight blocks. Move the controls to where you need them. Add your own battery.

its a 4 month old design, it should check for the distance to the target and refuse to fire if its too close. Radars have since been patched/updated multiple times. It's just the usual stormworks big sad

It dosen't work at all. It seems to want to shott more at my ships deck than at the attacking aircraft. when I was testing it by flying over it multiple time it never once aimed at and hit me successfully. Even though I came at all speds, high and low altitiude. Pls fix

@UndeadHunter64, it's the Type 3410 Exploit-class patrol boat! It's soon to come out on the workshop

@[Red Cross].lhsmithnet you can use the override left/right buttons to force it to switch targets

@caesar, remove the weight blocks, battery. Select, cut, move and past the control panel, monitor and micro controller to where you want to have them. Place the remaining gun with it's pivot on your hull. Merge the lower turret ring with your hull

@FreeKenoshaKyle, it should be able to lock on to any targets, but it will naturally favour the heavier targets. If I was a more capable boi I would force it to favour a range of signal strengths to filter specific target types.
