Almost certainly, but it's absolutely not achievement-compatible.
Hopefully the fix I just uploaded works. Try unsubscribing and resubscribing from the mod to make sure it updates properly, and hopefully that will take care of the issue. Thanks for your patience and help!

Also, while this is a routine update, today is the 8th anniversary of Stellaris, and only a few days away from the 8th anniversary of the release of my first Stellaris mod. Thus, although I don't mod Stellaris much these days, I want to thank you all the Stellaris mod users who've supported me over these past 8 years since I first modded Stellaris. Thank you all!
I am not familiar with the code here, but a quick glance suggests the weighting for Hive Minds vs. Machine empires is exactly the same at 2. Actually, it looks like the weighting for most authorities is 2.
