Thats perfectly fine! You already linked it so my one condition is met, though I might also recommend linking Strawfinch's creation too for good measure.

This is a great little turret. I hope you don't mind, but I modified it quickly to demonstrate the Dargino's AI Gunner Hire since it's such a great little self-contained turret. I can take it down if it's a bother, but I attempted to link folks here to see where it came from. :)

I'm gonna link your workshop model on my own and recommend it as an alternative.
