Maybe... Check if it's something to do with other addons intercepting. If the issue's still there I'll try and see if it's something that occurs to me too and if I can resolve it. I'll try message here ASAP.

i tested in dead hotel spawning him and he spawned without textures and it crashed when the music looped

and just one thing... you need to correct the model its without textures and sometimes it crashes
