Fells like it needs x4 Operatives as having them so far spread apart and only 40 seconds to achieve their safety is incredibly hard with only x3. Irl they'd have at least x4 for this scenario.

Oh nice, completed my first try. Guess I know the placings a bit by now. Got to say I don't get your 3 star rating, this is definitely a 4+ for interior design and classic breaching. It must be the difficulty, which is just fine when you understand the map.

That would be great, I understand the idea. You still have to be fast and decisive to rescue them both. However having them anywhere in the building while clearing when there is a safe exit is a bad idea. Though I got off just sending them both to the garage before clearing the bar, sitting rooms and toilets.

Tbh I added the hostage/execution scenario mainly to force some time pressure and unit routing decisions onto the player, and to prevent just leveling the building with explosives. So escorting them out wasn't intended. But I might add the evac zone and a path out for the garage hostage later for completeness

The hostage at the top right is path blocked by one of the bikes. There's no exit zone, would have really liked to be able to escort the civilians to safety before clearing the entire building. Very nice interior though. I like what you did with the stairs and the bar looks believable. A lot of Door Kickers interiors can seem very spacey and this is a good representation of how cramped real interiors can be.

Maybe his bike got stolen and he turned mad, who knows.
