Report a translation problem
Download the map and make a local copy. Go into "documents/Teardown/mods" and locate your copy of this mod. Open the file "main.xml" in your editor of choice (notepad works). On line 42, change "<script id_="2066607232" file="heist.lua"/>" to "<script id_="2066607232" \file="sandbox.lua"/>".
Now it's a sandbox map, and you can spawn whatever you want on it. I managed to figure out this fix with 0 modding experience, just by looking at the xml file, so it's not hard to do.
I don't know if the creator didn't know you could make it sandbox, or if they knew you could but didn't know how, but there is literally no reason for this map to be considered a heist.
