Hi Trebro. This one has the built-in magnet, you just have to connect the front door to a road. Greetings.

These are awesome. I put them in any old map as "attractions" sometimes outside a city so I can run a tourist train. For this one, is the "people magnet" already set since you said "can attract 200 people?" or should I still place a lamppost nearby? ;)
