I keep having this one problem aside from this being a beauty of a submarine: the reactor (in the forward manoeuvring room) keeps overheating the boiler or something like that because the boiler keeps exploding when I try to power up the reactor.

AN/WLRY-34 Active Navigation Array becomes damaged at speeds above 15, this is due to the depth hold overcompensating when using the dive planes. Also there seems to be no way to actually use the radio mast, it deploys but there does not seem to be a way to broadcast or receive outside transmissions. (This lead to blue on blue engagements with my ai ships designed to use voice commands.)

Something I noticed a bit a go but forgot to post, sometimes the rockets fail to fire, leaving the door half open with the missile exposed until im shot in it, then it explodes, setting off a few chain reactions in the other missile launch failures, destroying the entire ship, sorry if this seemed ranty, it really is a good sub

nothing. its an error in the torpedo design. the battery drains because the torpedoes are not charging. so unless you shoot them right away or wait long enough for them to charge between shots you will have issues. (they could also use an arming delay timer)

Can i use this hull for a 688-I Los Angles Class? All credit given of course. core functionality here is amazing. Just want to update the forward interior and weapon systems for realism and add damage control equipment.

The list to Starboard is due to the weights under the torpedo tubes. Starboard has more weight under the bottom tube. I added 5 small rudders to the aft rudder fin and cut the turning radius considerably. ive also been seeing issues with things becoming randomly disconnected (possible Bug in the game) but that could be causing issues for some people.

The weapon control cabin is directly below the command cabin, and there is a channel leading to the lower deck in the stern direction of the command cabin.

In the last update, the author replaced ssn704 with a new fish. Next is my discovery:

The new torpedo uses two small sonars with a detection distance of 1000m to find targets and does not have the ability to control again after launch. There is a downward distance sensor on the missile body. After testing, the device can keep a safe distance between the torpedo and the seabed. In terms of power, this is an electric torpedo. Six small batteries supply power to two small motors. When the motor runs at maximum power, it can support the motor for 50 minutes. The electrically driven propeller has two variable speed gears, 50% when cruising and 100% when discovering the target and launching an attack. High explosive warhead, the estimated damage range is 10mx10m

I'm pretty sure modern submarines have a separate CIC room for the weapon systems and therefore it's just realistic though...

This thing has several flaws, the least of which is: it does not use a dual rudder setup. It uses no rudder peices and thus cant turn. It heels over HARD when you do turn.Torpedo and missile launch system is far from the helm. Submarine suffers from excessive detailing, limitings its performance, and ive noticed a VERY slight list to the left which makes it difficult to move in the narrow corridors during maneuvering. Other than that, a PHENOMENAL Submarine.

Iam doing something wrong. RootinTootinCowboy is right. Its 3 buttons. I start the reactor and i can see the temps going up. But after minutes of waiting, still iam not able to click something on the screen. Never thought iam too stupid for this^^
