@CapnSoda202 I don't really understand your issue because it is normal to lose ammo if cocking while the gun is already loaded. You lose a shell in this situation because you are ejecting one round that could have been fired.
The small icon on the left of the ammo count should be filled in green or blue when the gun is loaded. If the gun is not loaded, the icon is hollow and you should be able to load without losing ammo.

I love the stuff and all, just everytime you cock the gun (even when loaded) it takes ammo away. Don't remove the fact you can cock it any time u want, that is cool, just make sure the code checks whether or not the gun is already loaded and ready for fire. Also, adding more texture and looks would make this mod even better!

the small ammo is for shooting birds slug is one bullet and normal is for hunting deer
