Yes of course, it's free to use :)
The core is not a mod that adds content, that's why it is not on the workshop.
Its code is voluntarily encrypted because it allows to secure the scripts/mods of The-Programmer to avoid any unauthorized use, especially of paid contents.
So don't worry, you can join our community on discord if you want to exchange with us : https://discord.the-programmer.com :)
Also, why is the core mod not on steam? Considering the security concerns with it being encrypted, it's very strange that you have to download a dependency from outside Steam Workshop...
Thanks for your feedback, we will try to fix this in a next update
Feel free to create a ticket on our discord to send us more precise screenshots of the places where there is a problem so we can find them more easily.
- you distribute unlicensed material for this thing. you even grabbed stuff right from Taunus project
- in many places you can see the trees are organized in lines and you can see right past them for hundreds of metres
- bridges and streets look very bad, textures overlapping and bridge parts not correctly aligned
- there are unmatching/unfitting street textures used everywhere. wrong marker lines on the streets etc because you couldnt be botheres to make new textures
- you didnt remove vegetation in many places so it passes right through ground textures
Here's some pictures of this "masterpiece" and a "review" with more details: https://cloud.blackfisch.me/s/Q6Doy957engKyap
this looks like it's been done with a "let's get this done and sell it fast"-attitute in mind rather than passion
if anyone is actually thinking about buying this thing: don't. you get better map sources for free online. 45€ if too much
Thank you for an awesome release.
