May it have a feature of auto-activating marcos based on some triggers? (adding some objects, that will react and trigger macros, i.e. if electicity turned on, if enemy passed nearby, if all tiles in radius are filled with items and so on)?
That could make this mod a very viable to make a programmable self-sustainable colony, which is awesome.

Does this support Gear Up and Go ?

I can't quite pin down what causes it, but my equip from armor rack macro seems to fire twice if I queue it for execution.

@ozfresh In the case if this mod, it's just a set of actions that you queued up using shift-clicking. These can be saved as a macro and replayed whenever you want.
ozfresh 14 Feb, 2022 @ 3:09pm
Can you define what a macro is? Thanks!
CactusPie  [author] 12 Jan, 2022 @ 10:13am
@Takashi what do you mean by multiple implants? Do you mean the installation of implants by another pawn? If so, then it's not possible. You can only create macros for actions that can be queued using shift-click, like moving, picking items up, mining, using workbenches etc.

Can I schedule multiple implants and save it as a macro?

@Morlega yes, you're right, there was a mistake in the description for #4, I fixed that. Thanks!

I think Litcube meant: Are the listed keybinds for 3 & 4 correct? They obviously aren't as they both say "Alt+Right-Click" and one only applies to selected colonists while the other applies to all colonists
CactusPie  [author] 2 Nov, 2021 @ 8:27am
Yes, they are correct. As for the armor rack you have to create a separate macro with the same name for each colonist. If you tried to execute the same macro on all colonists (using method #3 or #4) they would all try to take the armor from the same armor rack.

So, to put it simply, create a macro named "Equip armor" for each colonist then you can simply execute it by right clicking the macros button. This will execute the macro for all selected colonists.
Litcube 2 Nov, 2021 @ 1:28am
Are the instructions for 3 & 4 correct?

Also, if you're running this with armor rack, do you have to make a macro for colonists per rack?

@BigBob99 Apparently yes. From the first line of the mod description: "This mod allows you to create custom macros for automating frequent actions. For instance, you can create a macro that will make your colonists equip specified weapons and armor, pick up some items from storage and then go to a defensive position in your killbox." :)

Wow, what a great idea.
Argón 21 Oct, 2021 @ 12:10pm
I can unify mods with this! This mod is super awesome, will gib points :3
CactusPie  [author] 21 Oct, 2021 @ 6:16am
Unfortunately, no. Only actions that can normally be queued using Shift+Right-Click can be assigned to macros. Making it possible to assign inventory actions to a macro would require a lot of work, so I'm not planning to implement that at the moment
Laast 21 Oct, 2021 @ 2:02am
Can I create a macro to ask drafted pawns to eat something from their inventory? I'm tired of micro-managing needs during long battles.
MrBigBoy 21 Oct, 2021 @ 1:33am
Wait, so I can get colonists to equip armour and then go to their defensive positions and start defending?!? This is ganna be so useful for large colonies
sladernom 20 Oct, 2021 @ 8:26pm
really hope this gets the attention it deserves, it's a really useful addition
Remi죽을지 20 Oct, 2021 @ 1:08am
