I made the A7V with train wheels and it looked and worked very good so I stuck with it. The wheels cant deflate and have only one color.
I can add cameras for the main guns but not the MGs as I dont want the mess of cams that the old tanks had.

i think , you need to put real tires , and please , put a camera in the turret for the gun
