I usually play sandbox and based the nightclubs on the casino asset.
For now I tend to change the cost and parameters of the building while importing. Maybe one day I will take time to reimport all of them in lower ranks of landmarks.

But why should I unlock it only if I built 5000 leisures 😭
this restriction made it harder to use😭
