An older version of the model had the problem you mentioned, but I'm playing around with it right now and it looks fine.
Try asking the SFM discussions.
I'm trying right now to give the Outsider collisions for Gmod, but its proving to be a bit difficult.

It's connected to his head/neck and mostly happens when I try to rotate the spines.
