Not really since the gmod sprint speed is unrealistically fast compared to an average person running irl

@Valorus19vv use a mod called wheatlys parkour sweps it should help with that speed issue because it automatically overrides any speed settings

I have no clue what's causing this, but I'm running at default speed now, for some reason, and the mod itself just stops working. I have a feeling it could be mods like Draconic Base, but I'm unsure.

can you add a option to enable / disable the feature? i couldn't find a way to disable it without having to leave the secession so it would be fairly handy to have this as an option.

@israelito as i already said this mod is probably not going to be maintained anymore, if it doesn't work then sorry, although they work fine for me so make sure if you don't have any conflicting addons.
