it would be nice to actually have a top hat in the game that isn't a gimmick since there literally isn't a normal top hat in the game

mustache + monacle would work better without the top hat. and if you really wanted the hat there are plenty of all class top hats available.

I might make a very small tweak to the materials on the monocle glass, but I'll aim to have a mod version up by tomorrow (hopefully)
