@Ozy: Beside Unrestricted Customization (and maybe Free the Hood? not sure if it was needed in this case), it's Reaper Armor and Hood. "Skull Paint Hockey Mask" is from Anarchy DLC, I believe. Or that other cosmetics DLC.

Very nice pack. What are the mods you used to achieve the character appearance in game? I don't think the skull mask is part of a vanilla installation.
