Oops, yes, I forgot to answer. Yes, it casts shadows! But as Bob says, you must have your flashlight graphic setting set to High.

Maybe check your settings. Put everything on high and see how it is.

Brilliant flashlight mod!

Not too small, not too big, no massive bright spot in the middle and no perfectly smooth edges.
