Does this play well for 2 players using the official Catan rules for 2 players?

the little models have no textures on mine. Any idea how to fix?

Hey Alteizen, I hope you're enjoying TTS! Unfortunately, there is not any way to easily change the map as when I first made this, TTS was in its early access infancy days with many limitations that they have since overcome.

I was hoping someone else would have invested more time in building a proper Settlers of Catan with all of the new fancy things that are available :(

I made up the map in Photoshop, so the "board" is actually just an image that you can find and edit here: https://i.imgur.com/VfguBjM.jpg

In-game, you can right-click and replace the image with an edited map/image you have hosted on the web.

It's a bit of work, definitely if you want to make it pretty, but hopefully someone can make a better Settlers of Catan for us, it deserves it.

hey there,i'm new a new player and here's one problem:how to rebuild the map? i want to exchange the pieces of the map and the numbers ,is that possible?

Might be the wrong Settlers of Catan game you're talking about. This one was made before all of the fancy TTS updates that allow for hexes and fancy goodies that have been added to the game. The "hexes" that make up the board in this version I made up in photoshop so it's just an image hosted online and displayed in the middle as the board. I just googled what the most balanced set up looked like and copied that. Shouldn't be seeing any placeable hexes in this one!

Sorry, no plans on adding expansions myself. I'm sure there are other mods that have already implemented them, though. I see a lot of Settlers of Catan mods on the workshop that are linking to my cards and pieces I have hosted online. They might have added on to their versions.

Seems brilliant, just wondering if you would ever consider adding the expansions that the physical copy has? It can be difficult to gather a lot of people over IRL, and we're looking for a way to play 5/6 Player Seafarers and Citites and Knights online.

@markandkim To rotate pieces, pick them up and while holding them, press Q or E to rotate left or right respectively.

@Nerun I'm not sure what giant pieces you are referring to. If you make pieces too big for the board, you might consider it a problem.

Any problem with giant pieces??

how do i rotate the roads in game so that they go diagonally between the hexes?
Polysorbate 24 Dec, 2014 @ 10:25pm
I was playing this yesterday and sometimes when I hit undo, one or more players would see all the pieces (roads, cities, etc) permanently turn green. Any idea what's wrong?

Now that models are a thing would you like me to whip up some quick models for this at some point?
