Very cool map. I like the overall theme and the vents part is spooky to defend. Works really well with the zombie infection mod that makes zombies move slower (and have more HP and infect your teammates).

There's a couple of areas on either side where you can actually fall into a place between the walls from climbing the girders in Cafeteria - just adding a flat floor covering the holes should stop that.

Also, there's only one big ammo crate on the map that I found, in 1rst Room, so I suggest adding a couple more (perhaps the 2 rooms either side of Cafeteria?) to help the player push.

The player is free to do this if they want, buuuut... if they do, and then chose to move deeper into the bunker with all those bots, the 1rst room will probably be immediately re-taken the moment your back is turned. If everyone instead just camps at the entrance and plugs away at the zombs, welll... that'd be effective, but kinda dull too. Battle mode will also bleed your respawn tickets like this, which isnt ideal.

The main driving logic is that the player will prolly want to fight in different areas, and also mitigate the chaos, keeping the zombs in front of them as much as possible. Shutting the zombs out of vents works for both of those goals.

It could be an AI error, I did not factor that in. Also, what would be theoretically stopping a player from making all their team AI into a giant squad, and making a big firing line at Enterance? Just curious if you thought of that.

maybe there were stragglers in Rear Hall. Anyways, unless it's an AI Glitch you're experiencing, im positive that the zonbs aren't attacking vents from the entrance flags: not only are all the vent links one-way leading out, but the neighbours are too, so no zombie should ever try to attack backwards through the pipes.

Well, first I meant infinite as like an exaggeration but its irritating. Second, regardless of if Shaft is allied, SOMEHOW they manage to take vents.

the zombies do not enter the vents from the main hall. If you can capture the vent rooms and bar the zombs from entering via Shaft, they will be unable to use them indefinitely.
And if you play on battle mode, as recommended, the battle will never be infinite, regardless of how many setbacks you suffer.

i got a question would it be possible to actually like legit close the vents because the zombies seem able to crawl back into the vents then retake vents from there and it ends up just being infinite

the beta branch will soon become the stable branch, but if enough people are reluctant to switch over, i can always try to make a stable-branch build of this map. I havent tried to yet, but im pretty sure that i can just update this map in stable without completely corrupting my save file or anything...

so, do people want a temporary stable version for now?

you need to activate the beta branch for it to work, but since the beta branch has so many negatives and makes like 80% of the workshop weapons, vehicles, and maps not work, nobody uses it so anything with "beta branch required" is basically unplayable unfortunately
